   Devin CLI stable v3000.11 — run Devin Cloud sessions from the terminal (`devin --cloud`), handoff/pickup cloud PR branches locally, `devin ssh` into the cloud VM, ACP model/thinking/speed controls, and OTel export. v3000.11.3 fixes tenant-aware session links on dedicated tenants.
