v3000.11.1 adds `devin --cloud` / `/cloud` to run Devin Cloud sessions from the CLI, `/handoff` and `/pickup` to bring a cloud session's PR branch into a local session, and `devin ssh` / `/ssh` to connect to a Devin Cloud VM; ACP clients can now select Devin models, thinking effort, and speed.
